How long do I keep access to a course?
You receive lifetime access, including any content updates. You can revisit lessons, checklists, and resources whenever you like.
What tools do I need to begin?
A digital scale, hand or stand mixer, two cake pans, a whisk, a rubber spatula, and parchment will cover all beginner recipes. We recommend an instant-read thermometer for syrups and meringues.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options?
Yes. Use the dietary filters in our catalog to find gluten-free, vegan, nut-free, or egg-free lessons. Each course includes tested substitution notes where applicable.
How difficult are the classes?
We mark each course Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced. The pacing remains gentle at every level, with clear time estimates and pause points.
Do you provide closed captions and transcripts?
Yes. All video lessons include captions and downloadable transcripts to support different learning preferences.
What is your refund policy?
If a course doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a refund or course credit.
Can I ask instructors for feedback?

Will I learn decorating as well as baking?

Do you offer certificates?
You can download a completion certificate for any course you finish. It highlights the skills practiced and total hours.
